1. Product inspection before delivery
Our company will carry out complete performance tests on the finished ventilation fans and air heaters before delivery, and offer hand written test reports. The operation instruction book and certificate of approval are also offered to customers with the product.
2. Free technical training
If needed, we can provide free technical training services for operating and maintaining our ventilation fans and air heaters when we install and set up your machines. With proper training, you'll know about the working conditions for the machine and be able to solve common problems.
1). The warranty period is 2 years from the date the project is accepted. Within this period, if a problem occurs while during normal use of the machine, our company provides free repair services. For a product that is irreparable, we will replace it with a brand new one.
2). After the warranty period, Yihe will still provide fast, quality and favorable service.
3). Our company has numerous spare parts to meet your maintenance demands. For products out of warrant, we charge only the cost of the replacement part.
4. Other services
Yihe compiles a maintenance file for each customer and contacts them regularly to guarantee that their ventilation and heating equipment is working properly and efficiently.
